Our aim is to ensure that shipping and handling charges are kept at a bare minimum for our customers. From time-to-time, we offer free shipping for orders over a certain amount.

Returns Policy & Procedures

Because of the nature of toy products and lingerie an exchange service is not available so please choose carefully before you buy. We are unable to replace toy and lingerie products which do not meet your expectations.

For other goods, returns are accepted within 7 business days of receiving your parcel, provided that items are in original condition and are not sale items. 

Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, unused, with all original tags attached and associated designer packaging in original condition. When trying on items, please keep items clean and unstained of any kind; ensure that you are not wearing perfume/ fragrance or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We may be unable to accept the return of any item that has been scented, stained or washed.

Faulty / Damaged Items

We pride ourselves with products made of highest quality. Product faults are rare and we do our best to ensure that every packed item is reflective of our renowned quality standards.

However, if for any reason you find a fault or damage with one of our products we would like to help you resolve the problem. In all instances where a product may be faulty, please contact Customer Service at customercare@parfemme.net quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and photos of the issue. We will then advise and assist with the replacement process. If the products are faulty or damaged, Par Femme will ensure costs associated with returned faulty goods, including delivery, will be credited back to you or, at our discretion, we will provide you with a replacement.

Any claim for shortage in supply or faulty goods or damage to the items ordered must be notified to Par Femme within 5 days of receiving the goods. Claims after this period will be rejected.

Refused Shipments

If you decide to refuse any shipments from Par Femme, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your purchase refund.
